week 5: Free choice "Being proud of your nationality... is just something so amazing!"

Reader - "Why are you proud to be a Filipino?"

Me - Why not?

There is nothing to be ashamed of when being a Filipino, and there is just nothing to hide.We Filipinos can experience the different environments and just happen to be adapted into them so easily. We live in an amazing country with popular tourism spots, beautiful culture, and spectacular views! It is also a country rich in natural resources like beaches, oceans, volcanoes, mountains and many more that help the nation make it an important economy in the region.
We can endure whatever hardships that come our way,but at the same time we cannot do it alone.

What I am proud of most is that,we are always optimistic, in other words positive.Even if how sad we Filipino's are, like after a natural disaster,we will always be strong and still show a smile on our faces at the end. Why? It is just who we are... A FILIPINO

Hey Marianne, your blog is amazing. I liked how you just stated the fact that you don't care about what others think about your culture. I also liked how you said that you are optimistic. Whenever you are down, you would try to be strong and positive about no matter what the consequences are. Your blog is done very well and organized. It would mean a lot to me if you can stop by my blog and read my post about travels. I'd love to see more soon. -Muhjah

Hi Marianne,
I absolutely LOVE your post about having a different culture is something to be proud of. There is absolutely no reason to be ashamed of your culture or religion. Everyone is different and that is a good thing because if we were all the same, no one could learn about one and other. Everyones culture or religion is special, they all have traditions and thats what makes us unique. Come check out my blog!:
