Hello again! It's been a while right? sorry, there are just so many things I am doing nowadays though some may not be that important. Anyways today I want to share to you an experience I had on my 3 days holiday at Kanchanaburi, where the well known River Kwai is located. Hope you could also visit that place too , as I enjoyed my trip in that place. So... at Kanchanaburi the weather was so HOT! My skin was burning every time I stood out from the car. Luckily we went to Erawan, a place where there are waterfalls and fishes which give you a foot massage. Even if the weather was hot the water was amazingly cold. There were so many people there too! The waterfalls were a spectacular view! The only problem was....... I WAS AFRAID!!! of what? you might ask. The fishes there were HUGE! I know they don't bite unlike the small ones but they were creepy scary and HUGE for me. When I tried putting my feet on a place where the water was deep, I could feel something trying to bite me, it felt weird. Till then I only managed to sit on the rocks where there are low possibilities of fishes swimming around. The water was relaxing and it was peaceful, until my cousin and my sister came splashing at me. They too were afraid of the fishes so we stayed together most of the time. It felt like we were hiking on our way to another waterfall. When we reached the top my uncle and my other cousin a 3 year old boy was sitting on a log shivering cold! People enjoyed swimming and they don't even care about the big fishes around them. The falls were amazing! Too bad I was afraid of the fishes, if I wasn't I could have stayed at the back of the falls and watch the water falling down in front of me. Here is a picture my mother took while I was playing around. That was all I had to say right now, please comment if you have any questions or if you would like to share your thoughts. I'd really appreciate it.

I wish I can visit Erawan too... let's go together and let me help you get over with your fear of "big" fish.

Hi Ella. I went to Erawan falls 15 yrs ago and there were no fish(es) yet. You were right abt the water. Even the weather was hot, the water was still cold. I love it and every time someone asks abt places I always recommend this place. Thx for sharing ylour experience.
